LF-ShuCODEは、石川県かほく市の有限会社ワイ・アール・ティと、福井県福井市の株式会社丸仁によるコラボレーションから生まれた反射アートコードです。ワイ・アール・ティのクラフトコード「ShuCODE®」に、丸仁の反射素材ブランド「LIGHT FORCE®」を組み合わせることで、和の表情と反射機能をあわせ持つ新しい素材が誕生しました。ShuCODE®は、水引を思わせる外観を持ちながら、紙製水引とは異なり、水に強く、形を保ち、結び直しやすい扱いやすさを備えています。異なる分野のものづくりが北陸で交わることで、アクセサリー、チャーム、ギフト、ワークショップキット、観光土産など、幅広い商品展開に活用できる素材になりました。

LF-ShuCODE is a reflective art cord born from a collaboration between YRT in Kahoku, Ishikawa, and Marujin in Fukui. By combining YRT’s craft cord, ShuCODE®, with Marujin’s LIGHT FORCE® reflective material, a new material was created that brings together Japanese-inspired beauty and reflective functionality. ShuCODE® has the appearance of traditional mizuhiki, while offering modern usability that paper mizuhiki does not: water resistance, shape retention, and easy reworking. By connecting two different material technologies from Japan’s Hokuriku region, LF-ShuCODE can be used for accessories, charms, gifts, workshop kits, souvenirs, and a wide range of product development.
